Physical objects are traded. Thats when you call them "goods".

What if you want to trade some thing that is not a physical object? That is called a "service".

People who want "intellectual Property" want something that is at the same time a good and a service. Why do they want it this way? Because they want to produce it as cheap as a service but then sell as expensive as a good.

They want the profit of a good, without the production costs of a good. What they get is imaginary economic growth. You can not make profit out of nothing. There is no such thing as a free lunch, and because of that, there is no such thing as intellectual property.
